【摘要】：目的研究室溫存放對(duì)單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽水溶液理化性能與殺菌效果的影響。方法將單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽消毒劑配制成水溶液,分別檢測(cè)其金屬腐蝕性和室溫存放不同時(shí)間后單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽含量及p H值,采用懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)觀察水溶液存放前后的殺菌效果。結(jié)果含單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽1 000 mg/L的消毒液對(duì)不銹鋼、鋁、銅和碳鋼的腐蝕速率分別為0.0015、0.0689、0.8047和2.7705。其水溶液(25±1)℃存放24 h,有效濃度下降率10%。存放5 d后,p H值由5.14下降至4.12,存放15 d,p H值下降至2.05,存放23 d,p H值下降至1.73。新鮮配制的單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽水溶液有效濃度1 000 mg/L作用60 min對(duì)枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢的殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值5.00;水溶液經(jīng)(25±1)℃存放5 d后,單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽500 mg/L作用15 min對(duì)枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值5.00。結(jié)論單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽水溶液能夠殺滅枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢,對(duì)金屬有不同程度腐蝕性,水溶液的穩(wěn)定性差。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of room temperature storage on the physicochemical properties and bactericidal efficacy of potassium persulfate complex salt solution. The metal corrosion and pH value of potassium persulfate compound salt were determined after storage at room temperature for different time. Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal effect of aqueous solution before and after storage.
