【摘要】：目的分析廣西梅毒流行病學(xué)特征及評(píng)價(jià)防制效果,為進(jìn)一步制定防治策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集2004—2014年梅毒病例疫情資料,采用Excel 2003軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析并制作圖表。結(jié)果 2004—2014年廣西發(fā)現(xiàn)梅毒病例共268 040例,梅毒病例已覆蓋全省各市、縣(區(qū)),2004—2011年每年梅毒病例呈逐年持續(xù)增多趨勢,I期、II期、III期和胎傳梅毒病例發(fā)病率最高達(dá)到26.83/10萬。25~34歲年齡組男女性梅毒病例均達(dá)到高峰,發(fā)病率為14.94/10萬。梅毒病例以農(nóng)民為主,占總病例數(shù)的50.67%。梅毒發(fā)病率排前5位的市有3個(gè)為港口城市。采取行政干預(yù)后,各市縣梅毒規(guī)范診療率逐年提高,2012年以后每年梅毒病例數(shù)及發(fā)病率逐年明顯下降,2014年梅毒病例發(fā)病率下降至5.31/10萬。結(jié)論 2012年以來,廣西有效遏制了梅毒疫情持續(xù)上升的趨勢,但仍需繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)對(duì)梅毒病例的核查和規(guī)范化診療服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis and evaluate the effect of syphilis prevention and control in Guangxi, so as to provide scientific basis for the further development of prevention and control strategies. Methods the data of syphilis cases from 2004 to 2014 were collected. Results from 2004 to 2014, there were 268,040 syphilis cases in Guangxi. The annual syphilis cases in counties (districts) from 2004 to 2011 showed a trend of increasing year by year. The highest incidence of syphilis in stage I, stage II, stage III and fetal syphilis reached the highest level in the age group of 26.83 / 100,000.250.34 years old, and the incidence rate of syphilis was 14.94 / 100,000,000. The majority of syphilis cases were farmers. Accounting for 50.67% of the total number of cases. Three cities with the top five incidence of syphilis are port cities. After administrative intervention, The standardized diagnosis and treatment rate of syphilis in cities and counties has been increasing year by year, the number of syphilis cases and the incidence of syphilis since 2012 have decreased obviously year by year, and the incidence rate of syphilis cases in 2014 has dropped to 5.31 / 1000.Conclusion since 2012, Guangxi has effectively contained the increasing trend of syphilis epidemic situation. However, it is necessary to continue to strengthen the verification of syphilis cases and standardized diagnosis and treatment services.
