【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)不同消毒方法對(duì)氧氣濕化瓶消毒效果及時(shí)效,探尋最佳的消毒運(yùn)行流程。方法選取該醫(yī)院臨床上患者使用后的氧氣濕化瓶210個(gè),分成A、B、C、D共4組,采用不同的清洗消毒方法進(jìn)行處理,于消毒后第7 d、15 d、30 d采樣,進(jìn)行細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)。結(jié)果在保存第7 d時(shí)采樣,4種消毒方法消毒效果合格率100%,第15 d時(shí)僅B組消毒方法合格率100%,第30 d時(shí)B組消毒方法合格率最高為98%。結(jié)論 B組消毒方法手工清洗、濕熱消毒、烘干機(jī)干燥,為氧氣濕化瓶的最佳的消毒運(yùn)行流程,時(shí)效為15 d。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and efficacy of different disinfection methods on oxygen humidification flask and to find out the best disinfection procedure. Methods 210 oxygen humidifying bottles were selected and divided into 4 groups. Different cleaning and disinfecting methods were used, and the samples were collected on the 7th day, 15 days and 30 days after disinfection. Results the qualified rate of disinfection methods was 100% on the 7th day, 100% on the 15th day, and 98% on the 30th day. The poison is cleaned by hand, The drying machine is the best disinfection process for oxygen humidification bottle, and the aging is 15 days.
