【摘要】：目的了解地段保健醫(yī)師在指導(dǎo)傳染病病家消毒工作情況,以更好地落實(shí)病家消毒制度。方法通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查和資料調(diào)查方式,對(duì)北京市某區(qū)地段保健科醫(yī)師指導(dǎo)傳染病病家消毒情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果該區(qū)地段保健科成功指導(dǎo)病家消毒占全部病例的53.4%;病家拒絕上門指導(dǎo)占29.3%。存在的主要問(wèn)題是入戶困難,病家消毒指導(dǎo)效果差,保健醫(yī)師的相關(guān)知識(shí)水平亟待提高。結(jié)論該區(qū)地段保健醫(yī)師指導(dǎo)病家消毒工作存在困難,相關(guān)部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)城市傳染病病家消毒管理工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of local health care doctors in guiding the disinfection work of infectious disease patients in order to better carry out the disinfection system of patients. Methods through field investigation and data investigation, A survey was carried out on the disinfection of infectious disease patients guided by health doctors in a district of Beijing. Results the district health care department successfully directed the disinfection of patients' families to make up 53.4percent of the total cases, and the patient's refusal to direct them to their homes accounted for 29.3 percent of the total cases. The main problem was the difficulty of entering households. It is necessary to improve the knowledge level of health care physicians. Conclusion it is difficult for health care doctors to guide the disinfection work of patients in this area, and the relevant departments should strengthen the disinfection management of infectious disease patients in urban areas.
