【摘要】：目的評估2015年春季濟(jì)南市城區(qū)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場活禽交易場所人感染高致病性禽流感H5N1傳播風(fēng)險。方法于2015年1—3月選擇濟(jì)南市5個城區(qū)作為調(diào)查現(xiàn)場,每個區(qū)隨機(jī)抽取5~10個農(nóng)貿(mào)市場的活禽交易攤位和活禽宰殺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,同時隨機(jī)選擇從業(yè)人員進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并選擇活禽市場進(jìn)行Flu A、H5檢測。通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)查、專家咨詢(Delphi)法和多指標(biāo)綜合評分法構(gòu)建風(fēng)險評估模型,評估2015年春季濟(jì)南市城區(qū)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場活禽交易場所人感染H5N1傳播風(fēng)險。結(jié)果 2015年1—3月濟(jì)南市城區(qū)活禽攤位外環(huán)境的禽流感病毒H5核酸陽性率為13.33%(30/225);農(nóng)貿(mào)市場活禽交易場所人感染H5N1的傳播風(fēng)險值為0.2836,依據(jù)風(fēng)險等級評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),屬于低風(fēng)險。結(jié)論建議對濟(jì)南市農(nóng)貿(mào)市場活禽交易場所人感染高致病性禽流感H5N1進(jìn)行低風(fēng)險狀況下的風(fēng)險管理,并盡快制定和完善相應(yīng)的衛(wèi)生規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the risk of human infection with H5N1 in live poultry market of Jinan City in 2015. Methods five urban districts of Jinan City were selected as investigation sites from January to March in 2015. 5 ~ 10 live poultry trading stalls and slaughtering sites were randomly selected from 5 to 10 farmers' markets in each district for investigation. At the same time, employees were randomly selected to carry out questionnaire surveys, and the live poultry market was selected for Flu AH5 detection. The risk assessment model was constructed by expert consultation Delphi method and multiple index comprehensive scoring method. In 2015, the risk of human infection with H5N1 was assessed at live poultry market in Jinan City in spring. Results the positive rate of H5 nucleic acid of avian influenza virus was 13.33 / 225 in the environment outside live poultry stalls in Jinan City from January to March in 2015, and the live poultry trade in farmers' market was carried out. The risk of transmission of H5N1 in people in vulnerable places was 0.2836, according to the risk rating assessment criteria, Conclusion it is suggested that the risk management of human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 should be carried out in the live poultry market of Jinan City, and the corresponding health regulations should be formulated and perfected as soon as possible.
