胎心監(jiān)護儀探頭細菌學監(jiān)測

【摘要】:目的了解醫(yī)院胎心監(jiān)護儀探頭細菌污染情況,制定其日常清潔消毒的標準操作流程。方法通過隨機抽樣檢測方法,對產(chǎn)科門診胎心監(jiān)護室12臺使用頻率基本相同的胎心監(jiān)護儀探頭進行細菌學監(jiān)測。結(jié)果使用后未經(jīng)清潔消毒處理的胎心監(jiān)護儀探頭,在經(jīng)過整晚閑置15~16 h后,有超聲耦合劑殘留的10個探頭細菌菌落數(shù)明顯減少,其余2個無耦合劑殘留的探頭細菌菌落數(shù)增加;菌種鑒定結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),主要以凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌和微球菌屬為主,各占67.3%和27.7%。結(jié)論由于醫(yī)用超聲耦合劑具有殺菌的功效,因此,對于使用具有殺菌抑菌功效耦合劑的醫(yī)療機構(gòu),醫(yī)護人員在每天使用前做好探頭的清潔即可。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the bacterial contamination of the probe of fetal heart monitor in hospital and to establish the standard operation procedure for daily cleaning and disinfection. Bacteriological monitoring was carried out on 12 fetal heart monitor probes with the same frequency in obstetric outpatient care unit. Results after the use of fetal heart monitor probe which was not cleaned and disinfected, 1516 hours later, the fetal heart monitor was idle for 1516 hours. The bacterial colonies of the 10 probes with ultrasonic coupling agent residues were significantly reduced, while the bacterial colonies of the other 2 probes without coupling agent residues were increased. The results of bacterial species identification showed that coagulase negative staphylococci and micrococcus were the main bacteria, the main bacteria were coagulase negative staphylococcus and micrococcus. Conclusion because of the bactericidal effect of medical ultrasonic coupling agent, for the medical institutions with bactericidal and bacteriostasis coupling agent, the medical staff can clean the probe before using it every day.
