一起飲用水源污染引起的細菌性痢疾暴發(fā)疫情現(xiàn)場調(diào)查控制分析

【摘要】: 目的:分析一起細菌性痢疾暴發(fā)的原因,,進而對細菌性痢疾暴發(fā)采取控制措施,為今后現(xiàn)場處置疫情方法提供參考。 方法:運用目前的現(xiàn)場流行病學調(diào)查方法,對2005年6月3日至6月24日一農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)108例腹瀉病例進行調(diào)查,現(xiàn)場查看城鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生環(huán)境、了解居民聚餐飲用水情況、詢問腹瀉病人臨床表現(xiàn)、查看門診日志、確定病例定義、采用病例對照研究、排查供水管網(wǎng)破漏情況,同時采取飲用水樣、患者糞便標本進行細菌學培養(yǎng)、檢測。 結(jié)果:本次疫情是一起由主要供水管網(wǎng)破漏、飲用水被垃圾持續(xù)污染引起的細菌性痢疾暴發(fā),經(jīng)實驗室檢測病原菌是福氏志賀氏菌,血清型為3a,采取更換破漏輸水管道、飲用水消毒、蓄水池改造以及對居民健康教育等綜合防治措施,疫情得到控制。 結(jié)論:保障農(nóng)村地區(qū)生活飲用水質(zhì)量,避免受到污物污染。在腸道傳染病高發(fā)季節(jié)應(yīng)加強飲用水的監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the causes of an outbreak of bacillary dysentery, and then to take control measures for the outbreak of bacillary dysentery. Methods: a total of 108 cases of diarrhea in a rural town from June 3rd 2005 to June 24th were investigated by using the method of field epidemiological investigation. The clinical manifestations of patients with diarrhea were inquired, the log of outpatients was checked, the definition of cases was determined, the case control study was used to check the leakage of water supply networks, and the samples of drinking water and feces were collected for bacteriological culture and detection. Results: this epidemic situation is an outbreak of bacillary dysentery caused by the leakage of the main water supply network and the persistent pollution of drinking water by garbage. The pathogenic bacteria tested by the laboratory is Shigella flexneri and the serotype is 3a. The epidemic situation was brought under control by comprehensive prevention and treatment measures such as disinfection of drinking water, reconstruction of cisterns and health education for residents. Conclusion: the quality of drinking water in rural areas should be guaranteed, and the monitoring of drinking water should be strengthened in the season of high incidence of intestinal infectious diseases.
