【摘要】：目的了解本市職業(yè)暴露人群高致病性禽流感病毒的感染狀況和該病毒在環(huán)境中的分布情況,提高本市監(jiān)測水平,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)人禽流感疫情。方法對陽泉市城區(qū)、礦區(qū)、郊區(qū)、平定縣、盂縣5個縣區(qū)職業(yè)暴露人群抽樣調(diào)查,問卷調(diào)查的同時采集調(diào)查對象的咽拭子和環(huán)境標(biāo)本。熒光定量PCR對咽拭子和環(huán)境標(biāo)本進(jìn)行A型流感核酸檢測,A型流感病毒核酸陽性標(biāo)本進(jìn)一步行亞型檢測。結(jié)果監(jiān)測職業(yè)暴露人群251名,54.18%的從業(yè)者經(jīng)常接觸死禽,接觸死禽人群中67.65%沒有任何防護(hù)措施,所有職業(yè)暴露人群A型流感核酸檢測陰性。50份環(huán)境標(biāo)本中在活禽市場檢出H9亞型禽流感2份,陽性率為4%。結(jié)論陽泉市職業(yè)暴露人群未發(fā)現(xiàn)A型流感病毒隱性感染,活禽市場存在H9亞型禽流感,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對活禽市場的科學(xué)管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection status of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in occupational exposed population and its distribution in the environment, to improve the surveillance level and to detect human avian influenza epidemic in time. A sampling survey of occupational exposure population in five counties and regions of Pingding County and Yu County, The throat swabs and environmental samples of the subjects were collected simultaneously by questionnaire survey. Fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect influenza A nucleic acid and influenza A virus nucleic acid positive samples. The results showed that the positive samples of influenza A virus nucleic acid were further detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. 54.18% of the 251 workers who were exposed to occupational exposure were in frequent contact with dead birds. No protective measures were taken in 67.65% of the population exposed to dead poultry, and 2 of the 50 negative samples of influenza A nucleic acid from all occupational exposed people were detected in live poultry markets. Conclusion there is no latent infection of influenza A virus in occupational exposed population in Yangquan city, and H9 subtype avian influenza exists in live poultry market, so the scientific management of live poultry market should be strengthened.
