【摘要】：目的觀察自行研制的口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路系統(tǒng)臭氧水消毒機(jī)的消毒效果,探索最優(yōu)消毒方案。方法使用臭氧水消毒機(jī)生成約2mg/L濃度的臭氧水對(duì)14臺(tái)口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行沖洗消毒,分別采集消毒前及消毒1、3、5、10min后手機(jī)出水口水樣,經(jīng)37℃、48h培養(yǎng)后觀察計(jì)菌落數(shù),采用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路系統(tǒng)污染嚴(yán)重,消毒前手機(jī)出水水樣菌落數(shù)達(dá)(2336±837)CFU/ml;各消毒組水樣菌落數(shù)與消毒前相比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),對(duì)細(xì)菌滅活率在沖洗消毒1min后達(dá)到92.98%,并隨沖洗時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而提高,沖洗5min后各消毒組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,沖洗10min后對(duì)細(xì)菌滅活率達(dá)99.57%。結(jié)論臭氧水消毒高效可靠,可代替常用的次氯酸鈉消毒劑沖洗消毒口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路系統(tǒng),2mg/L濃度的臭氧水作用3~5min可達(dá)到最佳效果。
