【摘要】：目的了解基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量狀況,探討影響醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒效果的因素,以便加強(qiáng)管理。方法采用現(xiàn)場采樣和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測方法,對海鹽縣17家不同級別醫(yī)院消毒質(zhì)量狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果全年共采集各級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)不同消毒對象標(biāo)本305份,消毒質(zhì)量總合格率為74.43%。縣級醫(yī)院與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院消毒質(zhì)量合格率分別為80.90%和71.76%。不同監(jiān)測對象中,以口腔手機(jī)沖洗水和噴水合格率最低,僅為10.64%;紫外燈合格率為56.52%;醫(yī)院污水、醫(yī)護(hù)人員手、室內(nèi)空氣、物體表面合格率依次為80.00%、82.35%、89.36%、96.00%。只有使用中消毒液、胃腸鏡洗脫液和透析水均全部合格。結(jié)論縣級及以下醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量總體合格率偏低,突顯基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒管理薄弱,應(yīng)當(dāng)受到高度關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection quality of primary medical institutions and explore the factors that affect the disinfection effect of medical institutions in order to strengthen the management. The disinfection quality of 17 different level hospitals in Haiyan County was investigated. Results 305 samples of different disinfection objects were collected from medical institutions at all levels in the whole year. The total qualified rate of disinfection quality was 74.43. The qualified rates of disinfection quality in county-level hospitals and township health centers were 80.90% and 71.76.among the different monitoring objects, the qualified rates of oral mobile phone washing water and spraying water were the lowest (10.64), the qualified rate of ultraviolet lamp was 56.52%, hospital sewage, The qualified rate of hands, indoor air and surface of objects was 80.002 / 35 / 89.36 / 96.00.Only disinfectant in use, gastroenteroscopic elution and dialysis water were all qualified. Conclusion the overall qualified rate of disinfection quality of medical institutions at county level and below is lower than that of medical institutions at the county level. To highlight the weak disinfection management of primary-level medical institutions should be highly concerned.
