【摘要】：目的研究醫(yī)院手術(shù)室外科洗手用水細(xì)菌污染超標(biāo)的原因,進(jìn)行水質(zhì)持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采樣和細(xì)菌檢驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)某醫(yī)院手術(shù)室術(shù)前洗手用水進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),提出改進(jìn)措施。結(jié)果該醫(yī)院手術(shù)室術(shù)前洗手用水采用儲(chǔ)水式熱水器供37℃熱水,水中細(xì)菌超標(biāo)率達(dá)62.5%。將儲(chǔ)水式熱水器水溫調(diào)至75℃再與冷水混合供應(yīng)暖水,細(xì)菌超標(biāo)率仍為51.4%。經(jīng)對(duì)熱水器內(nèi)膽徹底清洗消毒后,以80℃熱水與冷水混合使用,或在夏季直接供應(yīng)市政自來(lái)水,細(xì)菌總數(shù)均不超標(biāo)。結(jié)論醫(yī)院使用儲(chǔ)水式熱水器供水容易受到污染,需要定期清洗消毒熱水器,或在夏季直接引入市政供水均可避免洗手水污染。
