【摘要】：目的分析廣州口岸近年輸入性登革熱病例的流行病學情況,為國內(nèi)登革熱疫情的溯源和制定有效的預防控制措施提供依據(jù)。方法對2009-2015年經(jīng)廣州口岸入境、疑似登革熱病例進行流行病學調(diào)查和登革病毒的實驗室核酸檢測,用描述性流行病學方法分析其流行特征和流行因素。結(jié)果 2009-2015年,使用實時熒光RT-PCR共檢出輸入性登革熱病例152例,近3年輸入病例逐步升高。89.5%病例來自亞洲,其中東南亞占87.5%,主要來源于泰國、越南、馬來西亞、印度尼西亞、緬甸和新加坡等地。輸入性登革熱病例主要集中在21~40歲,男性占77%。全年均有輸入性病例報告,其中第三季度和第四季度是高峰期,10月份輸入性病例最多。結(jié)論東南亞地區(qū)的入境人員已成為廣東省輸入性登革熱病例的重點人群。廣東口岸地區(qū)面臨輸入性登革熱的威脅,出入境檢驗檢疫機構(gòu)應及時掌握國內(nèi)外疫情信息,加強口岸檢疫查驗、疾病監(jiān)測,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)疫情,及時采取有效的控制措施,防止輸入性登革熱造成本地疫情的爆發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological situation of imported dengue fever cases at Guangzhou Port in recent years, and to provide a basis for tracing the source of dengue fever epidemic in China and making effective preventive and control measures. Epidemiological investigation and laboratory nucleic acid detection of dengue virus were carried out in suspected cases of dengue fever. The epidemiological characteristics and epidemic factors of dengue virus were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. A total of 152 cases of imported dengue fever were detected by real-time fluorescent RT-PCR. In the last three years, the number of imported cases increased gradually. 89.5% of the cases were from Asia, of which 87.5% were from Southeast Asia, mainly from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore and other places. Imported dengue fever cases are mainly concentrated in 21 to 40 years of age, and 77% of them are males. There are imported cases reported throughout the year. Among them, the third quarter and the 4th quarter were the peak periods for imported dengue fever cases in October. Conclusion the immigration population from Southeast Asia has become a key population of imported dengue fever cases in Guangdong Province, where port areas face the threat of imported dengue fever. The entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions should grasp the information of the epidemic situation at home and abroad in time, strengthen the quarantine inspection at the port, monitor the disease, and take effective control measures to prevent the local outbreak caused by imported dengue fever once the epidemic situation is discovered.
