【摘要】：目的了解海東市突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件流行特征,為預(yù)防和控制突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法運(yùn)用描述流行病學(xué)的方法,對(duì)2007-2016年海東市報(bào)告的突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)特征分析。結(jié)果 2007-2016年海東市共報(bào)告突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件82起,發(fā)病2 513例,死亡9例,罹患率5.30%,病死率0.36%,事件以學(xué)校傳染病疫情為主,占總數(shù)的92.68%,4-6月份和10-12月份為突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件高發(fā)季節(jié),農(nóng)村小學(xué)和中心學(xué)校為高發(fā)場(chǎng)所(50起,占60.98%),中毒事件的罹患率和病死率高于傳染病疫情。結(jié)論農(nóng)村學(xué)校傳染病疫情是海東市突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件防控的關(guān)鍵,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)病例監(jiān)測(cè)及做好計(jì)劃免疫工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic characteristics of public health emergencies in Haidong City, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of public health emergencies. The epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies reported in Haidong City from 2007 to 2016 were analyzed. Results 82 public health emergencies were reported in Haidong City from 2007 to 2016. The incidence rate was 5.30 and the fatality rate was 0.36. The incidence of infectious diseases in schools was the most common, accounting for 92.68% of the total. The high incidence of public health emergencies occurred in April to June and October to December, and 50 in rural primary schools and central schools. The incidence and fatality rate of poisoning events were higher than that of infectious diseases. Conclusion the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in rural schools is the key to the prevention and control of public health emergencies in Haidong city.
