【摘要】： 麻疹是一種嚴(yán)重威脅兒童健康的急性傳染病。據(jù)世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)估計,全球每年仍有麻疹病例約4400萬,其中有100萬兒童死于麻疹。在疫苗可預(yù)防的病毒性疾病中,麻疹仍是死亡例數(shù)最多的疾病。中國于1965年開始應(yīng)用麻疹疫苗,特別是1978年開展計劃免疫后,麻疹發(fā)病已得到有效控制。1985～2000年我國麻疹發(fā)病率每年在(5-10) /10萬,但近年麻疹發(fā)病率有上升的趨勢。吉林省1997～2001年平均發(fā)病率和年發(fā)病率均低于全國平均發(fā)病率水平,定為一類監(jiān)測省份,重點(diǎn)實(shí)施消除麻疹暴發(fā)策略。 本研究工作根據(jù)2004-2006年麻疹病例個案流行病學(xué)資料分析近年吉林省麻疹流行趨勢,結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室血清學(xué)及病原學(xué)資料,揭示麻疹病毒的起源地和傳播途徑,科學(xué)評價疫苗免疫效果,分析麻疹流行野病毒株的基因特性和抗原性改變,為吉林省制訂消除麻疹的策略和措施提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Measles is an acute infectious disease that poses a serious threat to children's health. The World Health Organization estimates that there are still about 44 million measles cases in the world every year, of which 1 million children die from measles. Measles is still the most common cause of death. China began to use measles vaccine on 1965, especially after planned immunization was carried out on 1978. Measles incidence has been effectively controlled in China from 1985 to 2000. The annual measles incidence in China is 5-10) / 100,000. The average incidence and annual incidence of measles in Jilin Province from 1997 to 2001 were lower than the national average incidence rate. Based on the epidemiological data of measles cases from 2004 to 2006, this study analyzed the epidemic trend of measles in Jilin Province in recent years, combined with laboratory serological and etiological data to reveal the origin and transmission of measles virus. To evaluate the immune effect of the vaccine scientifically, to analyze the genetic characteristics and antigenicity of wild measles virus strains, and to provide the basis for the strategies and measures to eliminate measles in Jilin province.
