【摘要】：HIV感染與艾滋病已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)全球性的、嚴(yán)重的健康和社會(huì)問(wèn)題。地處東南亞湄公河次區(qū)域的云南深受艾滋病的威脅和危害。自1989年在西南邊境發(fā)現(xiàn)艾滋病以來(lái),云南成為中國(guó)艾滋病流行最早、程度最高的地區(qū),HIV感染者人數(shù)和感染率都居全國(guó)第一。2004年云南省累計(jì)報(bào)告艾滋病28,391例,感染范圍從邊境局部地區(qū)發(fā)展到全省16個(gè)地州市的121個(gè)縣區(qū)市傳播途徑增加到血液傳播、性傳播、母嬰傳播三個(gè)途徑并行,艾滋病從高危人群向一般人群擴(kuò)散,云南面臨著艾滋病廣泛流行的嚴(yán)重威脅。因此,構(gòu)建全社會(huì)參與,各部門(mén)密切配合的艾滋病社會(huì)控制體系成為預(yù)防和控制艾滋病的首要任務(wù)。 論文分為四章。第一章為導(dǎo)論,主要內(nèi)容為艾滋病的概念,艾滋病的流行形勢(shì),研究綜述,論文的選題依據(jù)、意義和研究方法。第二章通過(guò)分析云南省艾滋病群體的人口結(jié)構(gòu)特征、人群差異特征、時(shí)間變化特征和空間分布特征,用GIS空間分析技術(shù)把云南艾滋病流行的地域分為高流行區(qū)、中度流行區(qū)和低度流行區(qū)三種類型區(qū)。 第三章,第四章為研究的重點(diǎn),第三章從宏觀層面和微觀層次分析艾滋病流行的影響因素,重點(diǎn)分析了高危行為是導(dǎo)致艾滋病流行的主要因素,分析艾滋病流行的社會(huì)綜合機(jī)制。第四章提出艾滋病的社會(huì)控制概念,構(gòu)建云南艾滋病流行的社會(huì)控制體系和總體社會(huì)控制策略,并針對(duì)不同人群和不同流行區(qū)的特點(diǎn)提出不同的社會(huì)控制策略和措施。
[Abstract]:HIV infection and AIDS have become a global, serious health and social problem. Yunnan, located in the Mekong Subregion of Southeast Asia, is seriously threatened and endangered by AIDS. Since the discovery of AIDS on the southwestern border in 1989, In 2004, Yunnan Province reported a total of 28,391 cases of HIV / AIDS in Yunnan Province, which became the earliest and highest region in China in terms of the number of people infected with HIV and the infection rate. The range of infection has developed from local border areas to 121 counties, districts and cities in 16 prefectures and cities of the province. It has increased to three routes of blood transmission, sexual transmission, and mother-to-child transmission. AIDS has spread from high-risk groups to the general population. Yunnan is faced with the serious threat of the widespread spread of AIDS. Therefore, it is the primary task of AIDS prevention and control to construct the social control system of AIDS, which involves the whole society and closely cooperates with various departments. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the main content is the concept of AIDS, the epidemic situation of AIDS, the summary of research, the basis of the topic of the thesis, The second chapter analyzes the characteristics of population structure, population difference, time variation and spatial distribution of HIV / AIDS population in Yunnan Province. The GIS spatial analysis technique was used to divide the epidemic areas of Yunnan into three types: high epidemic area, moderate epidemic area and low epidemic area. Chapter three, Chapter 4th is the focus of the research. The third chapter analyzes the influencing factors of the AIDS epidemic from the macro and micro levels, and focuses on the analysis of high-risk behaviors as the main factors leading to the AIDS epidemic. Chapter 4th puts forward the concept of social control of AIDS, constructs the social control system and overall social control strategy of HIV / AIDS epidemic in Yunnan. According to the characteristics of different populations and different endemic areas, different social control strategies and measures are put forward.
