口腔科綜合治療臺水系統(tǒng)細菌污染狀況及消毒效果研究

【摘要】:目的研究牙科綜合治療臺水系統(tǒng)細菌污染狀況及消毒效果。方法通過現(xiàn)場采樣和細菌定量檢測方法,對江蘇省部分綜合醫(yī)院口腔科和口腔?漆t(yī)院口腔科綜合治療臺水路細菌污染情況及消毒效果進行了檢測。結(jié)果共采集口腔綜合治療臺水路水樣677份,包括水源水、牙鉆手機出口水、噴槍出口水和漱口水,細菌含量范圍為0~105cfu/ml。經(jīng)有效氯10 mg/L消毒處理后治療臺水路水質(zhì)合格率為79.17%;用濃度20 g/L過氧化氫消毒處理后治療臺水路水質(zhì)合格率為88.89%。安裝過濾器可有效降低治療臺水路污染,牙鉆手機和噴槍采取預(yù)排水0.5 min,即可使細菌污染明顯降低。結(jié)論口腔醫(yī)療機構(gòu)綜合治療臺水系統(tǒng)細菌污染嚴重,通過更換過濾器、預(yù)排水和化學(xué)消毒劑消毒等方法進行消毒干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bacterial contamination and disinfection effect of dental comprehensive treatment water system. The bacterial contamination and disinfection effect of the comprehensive treatment platform in the stomatology department and the stomatology department of some general hospitals in Jiangsu Province were tested. Results 677 water samples were collected, including the source water. Dental drill mobile phone outlet water, spray gun outlet water and mouthwash, The bacterial content was in the range of 0 ~ 105cFu / ml. The qualified rate of water quality was 79.17 after disinfection with 10 mg/L of available chlorine, and 88.89% after disinfection with 20 g / L hydrogen peroxide. Installation of filter can effectively reduce water pollution. If dental drill cell phone and spray gun are used for 0.5 min, the bacterial contamination can be reduced obviously. Conclusion the bacterial contamination in the water system of the comprehensive treatment table of dental medical institution is serious, and the filter is replaced. Pre-drainage and chemical disinfectant disinfection and other methods to carry out disinfection intervention.
