【摘要】：目的了解寧�？h醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生狀況,選擇最佳手衛(wèi)生方式。方法對(duì)2家縣級(jí)醫(yī)院重點(diǎn)區(qū)域醫(yī)護(hù)人員手進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場采樣,檢測細(xì)菌總數(shù)。結(jié)果手衛(wèi)生前合格率78.49%,手衛(wèi)生后合格率89.42%,洗手液洗手合格率83.43%,衛(wèi)生手消毒合格率93.04%,外科手消毒合格率100%。結(jié)論寧�？h醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生總體情況尚可,衛(wèi)生手消毒合格率高于洗手液洗手合格率,建議在非洗手指征情況下采用衛(wèi)生手消毒代替洗手液洗手,有洗手指征情況下先用洗手液洗手后再用速干手消毒劑進(jìn)行衛(wèi)生手消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hand hygiene status of medical staff in Ninghai County and to select the best hand hygiene method. Results the qualified rate before hand hygiene was 78.49, and after hand hygiene was 89.42. The qualified rate of hand sanitizer was 83.43, the qualified rate of hand sanitization was 93.04 and the qualified rate of surgical hand disinfection was 100. Conclusion the general situation of hand hygiene of medical staff in Ninghai County is good. The qualified rate of hand sanitization is higher than that of hand sanitizer. It is suggested that hand sanitizer should be used instead of hand sanitizer under the condition of non-hand-washing indication, and hand sanitizer should be used after hand sanitizer after hand sanitizer under the condition of hand-washing indication.
