【摘要】：目的了解上海市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)牙模的污染消毒現(xiàn)況,為加強(qiáng)消毒管理提供參考依據(jù)。方法通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽樣和檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)上海市96家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)口腔牙模消毒狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查與監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果所調(diào)查的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)中,對(duì)牙模進(jìn)行消毒的占91.7%。抽樣檢測(cè)528件牙模,衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量合格率為88.6%,有11.4%的牙模檢測(cè)細(xì)菌總數(shù)超標(biāo),有1例檢出金黃色葡萄球菌�？谇谎滥Ｏ敬胧┌�:用紫外線照射消毒占55.18%,用消毒液噴霧占18.91%,用消毒液浸泡占14.77%,用其他消毒器消毒占11.14%,其中以消毒液浸泡消毒合格率最高。結(jié)論上海市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)口腔牙模消毒效果整體較低,以紫外線照射消毒最多,但用消毒液浸泡消毒效果最好。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of dental model contamination and disinfection in medical institutions in Shanghai, and to provide reference for strengthening disinfection management. The disinfection status of dental models in 96 medical institutions in Shanghai was investigated and monitored. Results among the medical institutions investigated, 91.7% disinfected the dental models. 528 dental models were sampled and tested. The qualified rate of hygienic quality was 88.60.The total number of bacteria detected by 11.4% dental models exceeded the standard. Staphylococcus aureus was detected in 1 case. Disinfection measures for dental models include: disinfection with ultraviolet radiation (55.18%), disinfectant spray (18.91%), soaking with disinfectant solution (14.7771%), disinfection with other disinfectors (11.14%), and soaking with disinfectant solution (11.14%). Conclusion the disinfection effect of dental models in Shanghai medical institutions is lower. Ultraviolet radiation was the most effective disinfection method, but soaking with disinfectant was the best.
