【摘要】：目的了解廈門(mén)市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒滅菌狀況,找出醫(yī)院消毒管理薄弱環(huán)節(jié),針對(duì)性地實(shí)施干預(yù)措施。方法對(duì)廈門(mén)市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)手術(shù)室、新生兒室、內(nèi)鏡室、供應(yīng)室、ICU、口腔科、產(chǎn)房等醫(yī)院重點(diǎn)科室關(guān)鍵部位的空氣、物體表面、醫(yī)務(wù)人員手、醫(yī)療用品、內(nèi)鏡、使用中消毒液、無(wú)菌保存液、滅菌器、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)污水、紫外線燈等進(jìn)行采樣檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 4年共采樣1 301份,合格1 233份,平均合格率為94.77%。2009-2012年檢測(cè)平均合格率依次分別為97.04%、93.46%、96.35%和92.14%。不同檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目中,物體表面合格率最高,合格率為98.99%;室內(nèi)空氣合格率較低,為79.39%。結(jié)論廈門(mén)市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的消毒質(zhì)量總體較好,各類樣本檢測(cè)合格率不平衡,應(yīng)嚴(yán)格規(guī)范消毒措施,重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督管理,建立和完善消毒質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,定期督導(dǎo)檢查,保障各項(xiàng)消毒措施的落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection and sterilization situation of medical institutions in Xiamen, to find out the weak links in hospital disinfection management, and to carry out the intervention measures. Methods the ICU and stomatology of the operating room, newborn room, endoscope room, supply room of Xiamen medical institution were investigated. Air, object surfaces, hands of medical personnel, medical supplies, endoscopy, disinfectant in use, aseptic preservatives, sterilizers, sewage from medical institutions, etc. Results in 4 years, 1 301 samples were collected, 1 233 qualified, and the average qualified rate was 94.77. In 2009-2012, the average qualified rate was 97.04 and 93.46% and 92.14% respectively. Among the different testing items, the surface qualified rate of objects was the highest. The qualified rate of indoor air is 79.390.Conclusion the quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Xiamen is good in general, and the qualified rate of all kinds of samples is not balanced, so the disinfection measures should be strictly standardized and supervision and management should be strengthened. Establish and improve the disinfection quality evaluation mechanism, regular supervision and inspection, to ensure the implementation of disinfection measures.
