【摘要】：目的 了解蘇州地區(qū)兒童呼吸道腺病毒(ADV)感染的流行病學(xué)特征,為臨床合理診治ADV感染提供參考依據(jù)。方法 回顧性分析2006~2015年在蘇州大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院住院治療的35 529例呼吸道感染患兒中ADV感染患兒的臨床資料。結(jié)果 35 529例患兒中,ADV總陽性檢出率為1.24%(440/35 529)。男女兒童ADV陽性檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(1.18%vs 1.34%)。1歲、1歲~、3歲~、7~14歲組患兒ADV陽性檢出率分別為0.39%(71/18 002)、1.12%(103/9 191)、3.14%(201/6 398)、3.35%(65/1 938),ADV陽性檢出率隨著年齡的增大逐漸升高(P0.01)。春夏秋冬四季ADV陽性檢出率分別為1.85%(160/8 658)、2.20%(189/8 606)、0.30%(27/8 952)、0.69%(64/9 313),其中春季和夏季患兒ADV陽性檢出率明顯高于秋季和冬季(P0.01)。結(jié)論 蘇州地區(qū)該組病例呼吸道ADV感染率隨著年齡的增大逐漸升高,但與性別無關(guān);春季和夏季節(jié)為ADV感染的高發(fā)季節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of respiratory tract adenovirus (ADV) infection in children in Suzhou area. Methods the clinical data of 35 529 children with respiratory tract infection who were hospitalized in the affiliated Children's Hospital of Suzhou University from 2006 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 35 529 children with respiratory tract infection were treated with ADV. The total positive rate of ADV was 1.24% and 440% 35 529%. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of ADV between male and female children (1.18 vs 1.34). The positive rate of ADV was 0.39% 71 / 18 0021.1210 / 39 / 9 / 191C / 3.14 / 2016 / 3 / 3 / 358 / 1 938 / 1 with age. The positive rate of ADV in spring, summer, autumn and winter was 1.85 / 8 658 / 2.20 respectively. Conclusion the positive rate of ADV in respiratory tract in Suzhou area is higher than that in autumn and winter, and the positive rate of ADV in spring and summer is significantly higher than that in autumn and winter. Spring and summer were the season of high incidence of ADV infection.
