【摘要】：目的了解浙江省天臺(tái)縣發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征發(fā)病特點(diǎn)及流行特征。方法采用主動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)和病例流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,采集監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象及病例血清學(xué)標(biāo)本,用熒光定量PCR方法進(jìn)行檢測(cè);以描述性流行病學(xué)的方法對(duì)2012-2015年天臺(tái)縣發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征病例及相關(guān)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2012-2015年,天臺(tái)縣共報(bào)告發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征病例12例,死亡2例;其中男性5例,女性7例;發(fā)病最小年齡39歲,最大年齡75歲;發(fā)病高峰在4-8月份;蜱蟲叮咬史有8例(67%)。臨床表現(xiàn)主要為發(fā)熱(100%)、畏寒和乏力(83%)、全身酸痛(75%);重點(diǎn)地區(qū)無(wú)癥狀人群新型布尼亞病毒核酸監(jiān)測(cè)陽(yáng)性率1.4%。結(jié)論天臺(tái)縣已發(fā)現(xiàn)多例發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征病例,而且從無(wú)癥狀人群中檢測(cè)到新型布尼亞病毒核酸,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征病例監(jiān)測(cè)、防控及健康教育工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the Tiantai County of Zhejiang province fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome characteristics of the disease and epidemic characteristics of active surveillance and epidemiological investigation. The case method, collecting and monitoring objects and cases of serological samples were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method; with descriptive epidemiological methods for 2012-2015 years to reduce the fever syndrome in Tiantai county and related monitoring data analysis thrombocytopenia. Results 2012-2015 years, Tiantai County were reported fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome 12 cases, 2 cases died; 5 cases of male, female 7 cases; the incidence of the minimum age of 39 years, the maximum age of 75 years; the peak incidence in 4-8 months; 8 cases had history of tick bite (67%) clinical manifestations. Mainly for fever, chills and fatigue (100%) (83%), body aches (75%); patients the positive rate of sftsv nucleic acid monitoring 1.4%. on Tiantai county have been found with no key areas Fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome patients, and asymptomatic population detected sftsv nucleic acid, should strengthen the fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome surveillance, prevention and health education.
