【摘要】：目的對消毒供應室風險管理進行評估,并探討防范措施。方法對中山大學附屬第六醫(yī)院消毒供應室的基本情況進行了簡單介紹,對科室內風險事件進行評估和原因分析,并實施相應的防范措施。對比分析近年來風險事件發(fā)生率的變化情況。結果該院近4年清毒供應室的風險事件發(fā)生率分別為25%(2011)、44%(2012)、32%(2013)和17%(2014)。與2012和2013年比較,2014年實施防范措施后消毒供應室風險事件發(fā)生率明顯下降,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論對消毒供應室進行風險管理評估并認清安全隱患,在臨床工作中強化法律意識,嚴把質量關,為臨床提供合格的消毒滅菌物品,可有效降低風險事作發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the risk management of disinfection supply room and to discuss the preventive measures. Methods the basic situation of disinfection supply department in 6th affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen University was briefly introduced, and the risk events in the department were evaluated and the reasons were analyzed. The incidence of risk events in the detoxification and supply room of the hospital in the past 4 years was 25 / 201 / 2012 / 32 / 2013) and 17 / 201 / 2014 / 2014.Compared with 2012 and 2013, the preventive measures were implemented on 2014, and compared with those of 2012 and 2013, the incidence of risk incidents in the detoxification and supply room of the hospital was compared with that of 2012 and 2013. The incidence of risk events in the disinfection supply room decreased significantly after the measures were taken. Conclusion the risk management assessment of disinfection and supply room and clear understanding of the hidden dangers of safety, strengthen the legal consciousness in clinical work, strictly control the quality, and provide qualified disinfection and sterilization articles for clinical use, the difference has statistical significance (P 0.05). Can effectively reduce the risk of doing things happen.
