【摘要】：目的研究過氧化氫低溫等離子滅菌系統(tǒng)循環(huán)中斷的影響因素,通過實(shí)施過程控制,降低滅菌系統(tǒng)循環(huán)中斷率。方法通過對(duì)過氧化氫低溫等離子滅菌系統(tǒng)循環(huán)中斷的可控因素及不可控因素進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)滅菌循環(huán)中斷率、中斷原因所占比例及臨床滿意度調(diào)查進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果 2009年1月-2013年1月共進(jìn)行過氧化氫低溫等離子滅菌操作8 015次,出現(xiàn)循環(huán)程序中斷365次,中斷率為4.55%;主要影響因素為物品潮濕、裝載量80%、物品擺放不規(guī)范、卡匣運(yùn)行異常、柜室內(nèi)有吸收過氧化氫物質(zhì)等;針對(duì)導(dǎo)致循環(huán)中斷的影響因素,采取過程控制,其循環(huán)程序中斷率從6.47%降低至3.04%。結(jié)論過氧化氫低溫等離子滅菌系統(tǒng)受可控及不可控因素的影響,導(dǎo)致滅菌系統(tǒng)循環(huán)中斷,但通過操作者合理的過程控制,規(guī)范操作行為,形成良好的操作習(xí)慣,可以避免發(fā)生程序中斷,提升滅菌成功率、節(jié)約滅菌時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence factors of cycle interruption in hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization system and to implement process control. Methods by analyzing the controllable and uncontrollable factors of cycle interruption in hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization system, the interruption rate of sterilization cycle was analyzed. Results from January 2009 to January 2013, a total of 8 015 hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization operations were performed, and the cycle program was interrupted 365 times. The interruption rate is 4.55; the main influencing factors are damp items, 80% loading capacity, irregular arrangement of items, abnormal operation of the cartridge, absorption of hydrogen peroxide in the cabinet room, etc. In view of the influencing factors that lead to the interruption of circulation, the process control is adopted. The interruption rate of the cycle program is reduced from 6.47% to 3.04.Conclusion the hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization system is affected by controllable and uncontrollable factors, which leads to the interruption of the cycle of the sterilization system, but through reasonable process control by the operator, the operation behavior is standardized. Form good operation habits, can avoid program interruption, improve sterilization success rate and save sterilization time.
