【摘要】：目的分析動物致傷人群狂犬病疫苗的接種依從性及影響因素。方法對2016年在宜昌市疾病預(yù)防控制中心動物致傷預(yù)防處置門診就診的動物致傷人群進(jìn)行回顧性調(diào)查,采用描述性方法分析狂犬病疫苗的接種依從率。結(jié)果 7 974名動物致傷者的總接種依從率為90.13%;其中Ⅲ級、Ⅱ級暴露者分別為93.70%、88.07%(χ~2=65.95,P=0.000),采用"2-1-1"程序、5針程序者分別為95.78%、84.51%(χ~2=284.50,P=0.000)。接種疫苗依從率以春夏季、城鎮(zhèn)、≤17歲、女性分別高于秋冬季、農(nóng)村、≥18歲、男性。不依從的主要原因包括因客觀原因錯過接種(34.05%)、遺忘(27.32%)、擔(dān)心接種后不良反應(yīng)(25.03%)、認(rèn)為沒有必要接種(13.60%)。結(jié)論宜昌市動物致傷者狂犬病疫苗的接種依從率低,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對農(nóng)村地區(qū)、成年人等重點(diǎn)人群的健康教育,推廣合適的狂犬病疫苗程序。
