【摘要】：目的了解滄州市各級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量狀況,匯總統(tǒng)計(jì)全市監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),分析危險(xiǎn)因素,提出改進(jìn)措施,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范醫(yī)院消毒與滅菌工作。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查及采樣檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)全市市、縣、鄉(xiāng)、個(gè)體醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)連續(xù)4年進(jìn)行消毒質(zhì)量抽樣監(jiān)測(cè),并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 4年共采樣4 580份,合格4 151份,總合格率90.6%。2009-2012年合格率分別為88.2%、91.1%、92.1%和92.2%。市級(jí)、縣級(jí)、鄉(xiāng)級(jí)、個(gè)體醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)合格率分別為96.6%、92.5%、89.6%和88.8%。室內(nèi)空氣、環(huán)境物體表面、使用中消毒液、紫外線燈輻照強(qiáng)度、消毒滅菌醫(yī)療用品、內(nèi)窺鏡和消毒劑的合格率分別為84.5%、82.1%、93.6%、92.7%、96.8%、97.3%和96.4%。結(jié)論全市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)整體消毒質(zhì)量較高,連續(xù)4年消毒質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)平穩(wěn),但鄉(xiāng)級(jí)和個(gè)體醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量還有待提高,不同監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目中空氣和環(huán)境物體表面存在一些問(wèn)題,應(yīng)作為重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Cangzhou City, collect the monitoring data, analyze the risk factors and put forward the improvement measures. Methods sampling monitoring of disinfection quality was carried out in the city, county, township and individual medical institution for 4 consecutive years by field investigation and sampling method. The results showed that 4,580 samples were collected in 4 years, 4 151 were qualified, and the total qualified rate was 90.6%. The qualified rate in 2009-2012 was 88.2% respectively. 91.1% and 92.20.The qualified rates of municipal, county, township and individual medical institutions were 96. 6% and 92. 5%, 89. 6% and 88. 8%, respectively. The qualified rates of environmental object surface, disinfection liquid in use, ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity, sterilizing medical articles, endoscope and disinfectant were 84.50.82. 1% and 93.6% respectively. Conclusion the overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in the whole city is relatively high, and the quality of disinfection is stable for 4 consecutive years, but the disinfection quality of township and individual medical institutions needs to be improved. There are some problems on the surface of air and environmental objects in different monitoring projects, which should be taken as the key link to strengthen the monitoring.
