【摘要】：目的：為噬菌體MS2替代脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒Ⅰ型(PV-Ⅰ)疫苗株做指示病毒用于消毒效果評(píng)價(jià)提供理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。 方法：參照我國衛(wèi)生部《消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范》(2002年版)和國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(ISO10705-1，2，4)等的方法進(jìn)行如下實(shí)驗(yàn)研究： 1．噬菌體T4、φX174、f2和MS2對(duì)物理因子抵抗力的比較研究。 2．噬菌體T4、φX174、f2和MS2對(duì)化學(xué)因子抵抗力的比較研究。 3．生態(tài)因子對(duì)噬菌體MS2存活率影響的比較研究。 4．化學(xué)因子對(duì)噬菌體MS2基因組RNA作用機(jī)制的研究。 5．噬菌體MS2、f2與脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒對(duì)比用于消毒效果評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。 6．噬菌體MS2用于消毒效果評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法研究。 本研究采用的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)如下：
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the use of bacteriophage MS2 instead of poliovirus type 1 (PV- I) vaccine strain to be used as an indicator for the evaluation of disinfection effect.
Methods: the following experimental studies were carried out with reference to the methods of the Ministry of health of China (2002) and international standards (ISO10705-1,2,4).
1. a comparative study of the resistance of physical factors to phage T4, phi, X174, F2 and MS2.
2. comparative study of resistance to chemical factors by phage T4, phi, X174, F2 and MS2.
A comparative study of the effects of 3. ecological factors on the survival rate of phage MS2.
4. study on the mechanism of the action of chemical factors on the RNA of phage MS2 genome.
5. an experimental study of bacteriophage MS2, F2 and poliomyelitis virus used to evaluate the efficacy of disinfection.
6. an experimental method for evaluating the effect of bacteriophage MS2 on disinfection effect.
