【摘要】：目的分析2008-2013年賓陽縣疑似預防接種異常反應(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)發(fā)生特征,評價本縣AEFI監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)運行情況。方法通過疑似預防接種異常反應信息管理系統(tǒng)收集賓陽縣2008-2013年報告的AEFI個案數據,運用卡方檢驗的統(tǒng)計方法對相關指標進行描述性流行病學分析。結果賓陽縣2008-2013年共報告AEFI為82例,年報告發(fā)生率為1.61/10萬劑次~7.59/10萬劑次,年平均發(fā)生率3.16/10萬劑次(82/2597229),其中一般反應22例(占26.83%),異常反應51例(占62.20%),偶合癥8例(占9.76%),接種事故1例(占1.22%);偶合死亡4例(占4.88%);男女發(fā)生比例為2.15∶1.00,男性發(fā)生率顯著高于女性;0歲組報告的例數最多,為49例(占59.76%);接種卡介苗后發(fā)生的AEFI最多,為43例(占52.44%)。結論賓陽縣AEFI監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)運轉良好。AEFI主要發(fā)生在小年齡組兒童和國家免疫規(guī)劃疫苗,接種卡介苗后發(fā)生的AEFI是監(jiān)測的工作重點,要繼續(xù)加強AEFI監(jiān)測和處置技術培訓,提高AEFI的監(jiān)測和處置水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the 2008-2013 Binyang County suspected abnormal reaction to vaccination (Adverse Events Following Immunization AEFI) features, evaluate the operation of the county AEFI monitoring system. By using data of AEFI information collection management system in Binyang County in 2008-2013 report AEFI case, using statistical method of chi square test carries on the descriptive epidemiology analysis to relevant indicators. The results were reported in Binyang County 2008-2013 AEFI for 82 cases, reported incidence rate of 1.61/10 million doses of ~7.59/10 million doses, the average annual incidence rate of 3.16/10 million doses (82/2597229), including 22 cases of general reaction (26.83%), abnormal reaction in 51 cases (62.20%), 8 cases of coincidence (9.76%), 1 cases of inoculation accident (1.22%); coupling death in 4 cases (4.88%); sex ratio of 2.15 to 1, the incidence of male was significantly higher than that of females; the number of patients 0 years of age group reported the highest for 4 9 cases (59.76%) occurred after BCG vaccination; most of the AEFI was 43 cases (52.44%). Conclusion the Binyang County AEFI monitoring system in good working condition of.AEFI mainly occurred in children and the national programme on immunization in small age group, occurred after BCG vaccination of AEFI is the focus of the work of monitoring, to continue to strengthen the AEFI monitoring and disposal technical training, improve monitoring and disposal level of AEFI.
