【摘要】:目的研究自制三氯異氰尿酸消毒泡騰片的理化性質與殺菌、消毒效果。方法采用理化性質檢測方法、懸液定量殺菌試驗、現(xiàn)場消毒試驗進行試驗觀察。結果該自制三氯異氰尿酸泡騰片在重量差異、崩解時限的檢測上均符合《中國藥典》的規(guī)定,有效氯含量為質量分數(shù)48.71%,54℃恒溫存放14 d后,有效氯含量的平均下降率為2.88%。用含有效氯400 mg/L的三氯異氰尿酸泡騰片溶液作用10 min,對懸液內大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌的平均殺滅對數(shù)值均5.00。現(xiàn)場消毒試驗表明,用含有效氯400 mg/L的三氯異氰尿酸泡騰片溶液對工作臺面進行噴灑作用5 min,對臺面上的自然菌殺滅對數(shù)值1.00。結論該自制三氯異氰尿酸泡騰片性質穩(wěn)定,符合標準,且對懸液內細菌和工作臺面自然菌都有較強的殺滅作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the physicochemical properties, bactericidal efficacy and disinfection effect of self-made disinfectant effervescent tablets of trichloroisocyanuric acid. Methods the physical and chemical properties test and suspension quantitative germicidal test were used. Results the results showed that the weight difference and disintegration time limit of the self-made effervescent tablets were in accordance with the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
