【摘要】：目的分析2004-2013年保山市麻疹流行病學特征以及人群麻疹抗體水平,為消除麻疹提供理論依據(jù)。方法收集麻疹網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)以及整理歷年檔案進行描述性流行病學分析。2014年,采用多階段隨機抽樣方法抽取我市1 948名人群進行個案調(diào)查和采集血標本,用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗檢測麻疹抗體。結(jié)果 2004-2013年,保山市麻疹病例共403例,麻疹平均發(fā)病率為1.70/10萬,保山市麻疹病例主要集中在7歲以下兒童以及20歲以上農(nóng)民人群,全市麻疹抗體陽性(≥250)率為94.82%,麻疹抗體保護(≥800)率為70.12%。8~17月齡陽性率為88.05%、18~23月齡陽性率為97.39%、2~3歲陽性率為95.96%、4~5歲陽性率為94.51%、6~9歲陽性率為97.12%、10~13歲陽性率為96.76%、14~17歲陽性率為96.53%,≥18歲陽性率為91.80%,各年齡組間抗體陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=35.317,P0.01)。結(jié)論保山市麻疹疫情近年來有上升趨勢,小年齡段兒童以及20歲以上農(nóng)民人群是高危人群。需重點強化小年齡段兒童以及20歲以上農(nóng)民人群的麻疹防控措施,防止麻疹疫情發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles and the level of measles antibody in Baoshan City from 2004 to 2013. Methods the data of measles network surveillance system were collected and the records of previous years were collected for descriptive epidemiological analysis. 2014.
