【摘要】：目的評價(jià)醫(yī)療廢物容器清潔消毒后的使用時(shí)效,探尋最佳的清潔消毒后使用時(shí)間,以降低醫(yī)院感染率的發(fā)生。方法 2014年3月-2015年3月以科室為單位抽取醫(yī)院10個(gè)臨床層流病區(qū)使用的醫(yī)療廢物容器500件次,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為7-8月組、10-12月組,每組各250件次,比較醫(yī)療廢物容器清潔消毒后使用7、14、21、30d的ATP數(shù)值檢測。結(jié)果不同使用時(shí)間ATP檢測數(shù)值,在7-8月組使用后的醫(yī)療廢物容器檢測合格率1~14d為100.0%、21d為90.0%、30d為84.0%;在10-12月組使用后的醫(yī)療廢物容器檢測合格率1~21d為100.0%、30d為92.0%,兩組清潔消毒后均達(dá)到外觀清潔的效果。結(jié)論臨床病區(qū)的醫(yī)療廢物容器在使用后攜帶病原菌,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)清潔消毒的檢查與檢測,定期進(jìn)行醫(yī)療廢物容器的清潔消毒,為臨床合理制定醫(yī)療廢物容器的清潔消毒制度提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the use of prescription medical waste containers clean after disinfection, cleaning and disinfection of the best use of time to explore, to reduce the hospital infection rate. Methods from March 2014 -2015 year in March to the Department of medical waste containers using 10 clinical wards laminar unit extraction hospital 500 times, were randomly divided into 7-8 group. 10-12 month group, each group 250 times, ATP numerical test using the 7,14,21,30d comparison of medical waste containers clean after disinfection. The results of different times using ATP detection value, in the medical waste container detection 7-8 month after the use of the qualified rate of 1~14d was 100%, 21d was 90%, 30d was 84%; in the medical waste container detection 10-12 month group after use, the qualified rate of 1~21d was 100%, 30d was 92%, two groups all reached the appearance of clean cleaning and disinfection effect. Conclusion the clinical ward of the medical waste containers carrying pathogens after use, should be added Strong cleaning and disinfection inspection and testing, regular cleaning and disinfection of medical waste containers, provide a basis for clinical rational formulation of medical waste containers cleaning and disinfection system.
