【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心(CSSD)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序(SOP)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題,以便加強(qiáng)改進(jìn)和提高。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)查看和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方式,對(duì)江蘇省76家醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心(室)進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析。結(jié)果所調(diào)查的76家醫(yī)院中,有6家無(wú)菌物品供應(yīng)實(shí)行外包。擁有消毒供應(yīng)中心(室)的70家醫(yī)院均制定了不同操作內(nèi)容的SOP,其中33家醫(yī)院應(yīng)用SOP并進(jìn)行了培訓(xùn),占47.14%。多數(shù)消毒供應(yīng)中心的SOP均由護(hù)士長(zhǎng)制定,科室工作人員對(duì)此知曉率比較低。結(jié)論江蘇省轄區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心對(duì)SOP不夠重視,執(zhí)行率和知曉率均比較低,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)CSSD工作質(zhì)量管理和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hospital disinfection supply center (CSSD) of standard operating procedures (SOP) application status and existing problems, in order to strengthen and improve. The method of field view and the questionnaire survey, 76 hospitals in Jiangsu province disinfection supply center (room) for investigation and analysis. 76 hospitals in the survey results 6, sterile supply outsourcing. With the disinfection supply center (room) of the 70 hospitals have developed different operation content SOP, among the 33 hospitals using SOP and conducted training for 47.14%. most of the center of sterilization supply SOP by nurse department staff of this formulation, the awareness rate is relatively low. Disinfection Supply Center Hospital of Jiangsu Province, within the jurisdiction of the conclusion is not enough emphasis on SOP, the implementation rate and awareness rate were relatively low, should strengthen the work of CSSD quality management and standardized operation.
