MEAW技術(shù)在成人正畸治療中的應(yīng)用

目的:成人錯(cuò)牙合畸形矯治不同于青少年及兒童,其特殊性和復(fù)雜性往往導(dǎo)致成人正畸治療難度明顯增加,如伴有Ⅱ類、Ⅲ類、開牙合、深覆牙合、下頜偏斜等骨性各錯(cuò)牙合。本文通過分析兩例伴有開成人錯(cuò)牙合畸形患者應(yīng)用MEAW技術(shù)治療,了解并探究MEAW技術(shù)的治療要點(diǎn),為正畸臨床治療選擇治療方案提供參考。方法:對兩例成人錯(cuò)牙合畸形病例進(jìn)行報(bào)告,一例為24歲男性,主訴關(guān)節(jié)疼痛,檢查為骨性Ⅲ類錯(cuò)牙合,下頜左偏,前牙開牙合,左側(cè)尖牙反牙合及左側(cè)顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)疼痛。治療方案為通過MEAW技術(shù)配合彈性牽引直立牙齒獲得間隙,排齊整平牙列,建立良好的覆牙合覆蓋關(guān)系。經(jīng)過MEAW治療后,患者側(cè)貌得到了改善。笑線與下唇線一致,頦部稍向左偏,左側(cè)顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)間隙增大,關(guān)節(jié)癥狀消失。前牙開牙合解除,覆牙合覆蓋達(dá)到正常,咬合關(guān)系基本改善。另一例是19歲女性,主訴牙齒不齊,檢查為骨性Ⅱ類錯(cuò)牙合,下頜右偏,下頜后縮,深覆牙合深覆蓋。治療方案為先用牙合墊來打開咬合,去除牙合干擾,MEAW技術(shù)配合彈性牽引直立牙齒及調(diào)整咬合關(guān)系,并引導(dǎo)下頜向前,實(shí)現(xiàn)正常的覆牙合覆蓋關(guān)系。治療完成后,患者側(cè)貌得到了改善,下頜向前并向左側(cè)移動(dòng),頦部稍向右偏,雙側(cè)顳...
