下牙槽神經(jīng)和面神經(jīng)是支配頜面部肌肉最重要的兩條神經(jīng)。下牙槽神經(jīng)及面神經(jīng)損傷是牙槽外科、正頜外科術(shù)后主要的并發(fā)癥之一。損傷神經(jīng)的功能恢復(fù)慢,治療效果也不理想。近年的研究證實(shí):低能量激光輔助治療能有效恢復(fù)損傷神經(jīng)的功能。在此我們總結(jié)了激光輔助治療促進(jìn)神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)的作用機(jī)制及其在頜面部神經(jīng)損傷方面的臨床應(yīng)用。
