不同尺寸種植體預(yù)后的Meta分析

目的對(duì)于缺牙區(qū)骨量不足的患者,理想種植體直徑和長(zhǎng)度的選擇尚無(wú)統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),因此本論文旨在通過(guò)缺牙區(qū)骨量高度及寬度兩個(gè)不同角度評(píng)估種植體長(zhǎng)度及直徑對(duì)臨床預(yù)后的影響,以期為臨床選擇提供參考。方法通過(guò)制定文獻(xiàn)檢索策略對(duì)PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library及三個(gè)中文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、維普網(wǎng)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù))進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)檢索,檢索時(shí)間:2000年1月至2020年1月。另外手工檢索納入文獻(xiàn)的參考文獻(xiàn)作為電子文獻(xiàn)的補(bǔ)充,文獻(xiàn)檢索內(nèi)容包括兩部分:(1)短種植體和長(zhǎng)種植體聯(lián)合骨增量技術(shù);(2)窄徑種植體和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直徑種植體。兩位獨(dú)立的相關(guān)研究人員根據(jù)兩部分的納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)篩選,最終得到兩部分納入的文獻(xiàn),所納入的文獻(xiàn)均為隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)。兩位獨(dú)立的相關(guān)研究人員根據(jù)事先制定的數(shù)據(jù)提取表進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)提取、評(píng)價(jià)偏倚風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。采用Inverse Variance統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法對(duì)連續(xù)型變量(種植體邊緣骨丟失量)進(jìn)行Meta分析;對(duì)二分類(lèi)變量(種植體存留率及并發(fā)癥)采用Mantel-Haenszel統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果通過(guò)714篇文獻(xiàn)的篩選,根據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),7項(xiàng)研究比較了上頜后牙區(qū)短種植體與骨增量后...
