牙齒發(fā)育及其干細(xì)胞分化的調(diào)控機(jī)制

<正>由牙源性干細(xì)胞參與、信號(hào)分子級(jí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)操控的牙齒發(fā)育是一個(gè)有序的過程,牙發(fā)育過程中上皮-間充質(zhì)間相互誘導(dǎo)分化是其機(jī)制的核心。牙齒發(fā)育的本質(zhì)即為來(lái)源于胚胎期牙胚的上皮干細(xì)胞及間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞形成牙齒。目前已發(fā)現(xiàn)約300種基因在牙齒生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育中表達(dá),其中BMPs、FGFs、Shh和Wnt信號(hào)分子家族的
