白藜蘆醇對(duì)大鼠正畸牙移動(dòng)及正畸源性牙根吸收的影響

正畸牙移動(dòng)是指在正畸治療過程中,牙齒受到正畸力加載,牙周組織發(fā)生一系列生物學(xué)改建(主要是壓力側(cè)牙周膜受壓迫,牙槽骨出現(xiàn)骨吸收;張力側(cè)牙周膜受牽拉,牙槽骨出現(xiàn)骨形成),最終導(dǎo)致的牙齒位置變化[1]。破骨細(xì)胞是壓力側(cè)牙槽骨吸收的主要功能細(xì)胞,成骨細(xì)胞是張力側(cè)牙槽骨骨形成的主要功能細(xì)胞。正畸牙移動(dòng)過程由破骨細(xì)胞啟動(dòng)激活,正畸牙移動(dòng)程度由壓力側(cè)破骨細(xì)胞數(shù)量決定[2]。正畸源性牙根吸收是臨床正畸治療中常見的并發(fā)癥[3],其發(fā)生率較高,約為80%~90%不等[4-5],影響患者牙齒健康及口腔功能,給正畸醫(yī)生帶來挑戰(zhàn)。破牙骨質(zhì)細(xì)胞是正畸源性牙根吸收的主要功能細(xì)胞[6]。由于破牙骨質(zhì)細(xì)胞在形態(tài)特征和功能特征上均與破骨細(xì)胞極為相似,一些學(xué)者甚至認(rèn)為,破牙骨質(zhì)細(xì)胞和破骨細(xì)胞在本質(zhì)上是同一種細(xì)胞,只是發(fā)揮作用的部位不同[7]。白藜蘆醇是一種天然存在的多酚化合物,存在于葡萄、藍(lán)莓、花生和其他食品(如葡萄酒)中[8]。由于具有多種生物學(xué)效應(yīng),該化合物成為學(xué)者們的研究熱點(diǎn)。研究表明,白藜蘆醇對(duì)心血管系統(tǒng)疾病[9]、自身免疫疾病[10]、年齡相關(guān)疾病[11]、癌癥[12]等都有作用,可能成為治療多種慢性疾病的候選藥...
