三維打印技術(shù)在顱頜面外科中的臨床應(yīng)用

前言顱頜面骨骼的修復(fù)因其解剖結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,又毗鄰眾多重要組織,且由于顱頜面部是個(gè)人身份識(shí)別的重要標(biāo)志,有著不可或缺的社交功能,對(duì)于個(gè)體生活質(zhì)量有著巨大的影響,顱頜面骨骼的修復(fù)對(duì)精度有著極高的要求。顱頜面骨骼修復(fù)的目標(biāo)是要同時(shí)恢復(fù)其美觀和功能,這就需要精準(zhǔn)的術(shù)前設(shè)計(jì)和術(shù)中虛擬設(shè)計(jì)方案的轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用。顱頜面骨骼修復(fù)的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是自體骨移植。然而,由于自體骨移植后骨骼供區(qū)的不適、供區(qū)取骨加術(shù)中雕刻導(dǎo)致手術(shù)時(shí)間過長(zhǎng),術(shù)后感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)頗高、且無(wú)法用于修復(fù)過大的骨骼缺損等原因,自體骨移植的應(yīng)用受到了頗多限制。因此人工骨材料的研究在顱頜面修復(fù)領(lǐng)域愈發(fā)得到關(guān)注。新一代的人工骨材料為可塑性醫(yī)用樹脂和羥基磷灰石(epoxide acrylate maleic andhydroxyapatite,EH)微粒,該材料具有良好的生物相容性、炎性反應(yīng)小、允許宿主組織長(zhǎng)入且吸收量有限;但缺點(diǎn)是材質(zhì)較脆,術(shù)中難以塑形。自20世紀(jì)90年代以來,快速成型技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,使得它已然成為醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的新寵。過去的十年中,三維打印技術(shù)(一種快速成型技術(shù))被廣泛應(yīng)用于定制個(gè)性化的手術(shù)工具、導(dǎo)向裝置和內(nèi)植物等?焖俪尚图夹g(shù)(rapid...
