【摘要】：目的:探討應(yīng)用保留血管蒂Abbe瓣修復(fù)雙側(cè)唇裂患者術(shù)后繼發(fā)鼻唇畸形的方法及其臨床效果。方法:選取雙側(cè)唇裂術(shù)后繼發(fā)鼻唇畸形患者10例,由同一醫(yī)師應(yīng)用保留血管蒂Abbe瓣對其進(jìn)行修復(fù),測量術(shù)前術(shù)后患者鼻唇部的6項指標(biāo)并分析,評估患者術(shù)后的效果及鼻唇部對稱性。結(jié)果:患者術(shù)后均一期愈合,術(shù)后人中長度平均增加3.93mm,人中寬度平均降低3.93mm,全鼻寬平均降低1.69mm,有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異,上唇對稱率達(dá)到97.29%,患者術(shù)后唇鼻外形恢復(fù)良好,接近正常。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用保留血管蒂Abbe瓣修復(fù)雙側(cè)唇裂術(shù)后繼發(fā)畸形效果良好,可以顯著改善唇鼻形態(tài)和對稱性,適合廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the method and clinical effect of using vascular pedicle Abbe flap to repair secondary nasal lip deformity in patients with bilateral lip fissure. Methods: ten patients with secondary rhinolabial deformity after bilateral lip surgery were repaired by the same physician with vascular pedicle Abbe flap. Six indexes of nasolabial region were measured and analyzed before and after operation to evaluate the postoperative effect and symmetry of nasolabial region. Results: all the patients healed in one stage after operation. The average length of the patient increased by 3.93 mm, the width of the man decreased by 3.93 mm, and the width of the whole nose decreased by 1.69 mm, there was significant difference. The symmetry rate of the upper lip reached 97. 29%. The shape of the lip and nose recovered well and approached normal after operation. Conclusion: the application of vascular preservation Abbe flap in the repair of secondary deformity after bilateral lip surgery is effective, which can significantly improve the morphology and symmetry of lip and nose, and is suitable for clinical application.
