【摘要】：正2008年《中國(guó)成人牙本質(zhì)敏感流行病學(xué)調(diào)查》顯示,29.7%的20~60歲成年人受牙本質(zhì)敏感困擾,50~59歲高發(fā),患病率達(dá)39.1%,女性高于男性[1];國(guó)外報(bào)道,牙本質(zhì)敏感在成年人群中的發(fā)病率為4%~74%,且女性高于男性[2]。臨床上用于治療牙本質(zhì)過(guò)敏的方法有藥物、激光治療等,但目前尚無(wú)明確有效的治療方法。我們改良了傳統(tǒng)酚醛樹(shù)脂液的配方,研制含氟鉀酚醛樹(shù)脂脫敏劑并觀察其治療牙本質(zhì)敏感癥的臨床療效。1臨床資料和方法1.1含氟鉀酚醛樹(shù)脂脫敏劑配制傳統(tǒng)酚醛樹(shù)脂脫敏劑配方:I液為400 mL/L甲醛液,
