【摘要】：在正畸治療過程中伴隨正畸矯治器的戴入,患者的語音功能通常會發(fā)生不同程度的改變。正畸矯治器可引起少數(shù)元音和部分輔音失真,其中舌側(cè)固定矯治器對語音的影響較大,持續(xù)時間較長,可對日常溝通以及某些特定的語言類工作產(chǎn)生一定影響。由于唇、舌等發(fā)音器官具有一定的代償功能,所以這種特殊的語音障礙通常具有自限性。此外,采取適當?shù)呐R床措施和語音訓練也可幫助患者縮短其影響時間。本文就正畸矯治器對語音功能的影響、影響機制及因素、改進措施等研究進展作一綜述,以期對臨床治療有所幫助。
[Abstract]:In the process of orthodontic treatment, with the wearing of orthodontic appliance, the speech function of patients usually changes in varying degrees. Orthodontic appliance can cause distortion of a few vowels and some consonants, among which lingual fixed appliance has a great influence on speech and lasts for a long time, which can have some influence on daily communication and some specific language work. Because the vocal organs such as lips and tongue have a certain compensation function, this special phonetic disorder is usually self-limited. In addition, appropriate clinical measures and voice training can also help patients shorten their impact time. In this paper, the influence of orthodontic appliance on speech function, its mechanism and factors, and the improvement measures are reviewed in order to be helpful to clinical treatment.
