【摘要】：目的檢測肥胖伴牙周炎患者齦溝液及血清中脂聯(lián)素與內(nèi)脂素的表達水平。方法本研究共納入80例我科就診患者,分為4組。其中對照組20例(H組)、牙周炎組20例(CP組)、肥胖組20例(OB組)、肥胖伴牙周炎組20例(OB+CP組);記錄患者的一般信息和臨床指標(biāo);收集齦溝液及靜脈血清樣本,采用ELISA法測定齦溝液及血清中脂聯(lián)素與內(nèi)脂素的表達水平;利用SPSS 17.0軟件包對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 CP組、OB組及OB+CP組血清中脂聯(lián)素的濃度低于H組(P0.05)。OB+CP組血清中脂聯(lián)素的濃度低于CP組及OB組(P0.05)。CP組、OB組及H組齦溝液中脂聯(lián)素的濃度高于OB+CP組(P0.05)。CP組、OB組及H組血清中內(nèi)脂素的濃度低于OB+CP組(P0.05)。結(jié)論肥胖可能通過抑制脂聯(lián)素表達、促進內(nèi)脂素的表達加重牙周組織的破壞。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of adiponectin and adiponectin in gingival crevicular fluid and serum of obese patients with periodontitis. Methods 80 patients in our department were divided into 4 groups. There were 20 cases in control group (group H), 20 cases in periodontitis group (CP group), 20 cases in obese group (OB group) and 20 cases in obese group with periodontitis (OB CP group). The general information and clinical indexes of the patients were recorded. The serum samples of gingival crevicular fluid and vein were collected and the expression levels of adiponectin and adiponectin in gingival crevicular fluid and serum were measured by ELISA method. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software package. Results the concentration of adiponectin in serum of CP group, OB group and OB CP group was lower than that of H group (P 0.05). The concentration of adiponectin in serum of). OB CP group was lower than that of CP group and OB group (P 0.05). CP group, OB group and H group were higher than OB CP group (P 0.05). CP group, OB group and H group were lower than OB CP group (P 0.05). Conclusion Obesity may aggravate the destruction of periodontal tissue by inhibiting the expression of adiponectin and promoting the expression of adiponectin.
