SDR流動樹脂根管口封閉能力的比較研究

【摘要】:目的:采用染料微滲漏的方法評價SDR流動樹脂對根管口的封閉能力。方法:54顆近期拔除的下頜單根前磨牙于釉牙本質界處去除牙冠,根管經清理、成形和充填后,在根管口處制備3.5mm的窩洞,根據(jù)所采用的粘結系統(tǒng)和充填材料不同將54個牙根隨機分為6個組,4個實驗組和2個對照組。實驗組分別為:(1)XT組:Filtek?Z350 XT流動樹脂+AdperTMEasy One;(2)SX組:SDR流動樹脂+Xeno?V+;(3)SP組:SDR流動樹脂+37%磷酸酸蝕劑+PrimeBond?NT;(4)GC組:單獨玻璃離子充填,每組12個牙根。指甲油封閉距離根管口洞緣1mm以外的牙體組織。對照組樣本均采用熱牙膠充填根管口窩洞,陰性對照組(N組)采用指甲油封閉牙膠以及洞緣外的所有牙體組織;陽性對照組(P組)則封閉距離洞緣1mm以外的牙體組織。所有樣本于37?C培育箱中放置1周,經冷熱循環(huán)500次后置入1%亞甲基藍染液中染色1周。干燥后沿牙體長軸頰舌向劈開,體式顯微鏡下評估樣本染料滲透指數(shù)。結果:SX組微滲漏值明顯小于其他實驗組(P0.05),而GC組的根管口封閉能力明顯低于其他實驗組(P0.05),并與陽性對照組(P組)無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。SDR流動樹脂采用不同的粘結系統(tǒng)進行充填時,SDR流動樹脂與自酸蝕粘結系統(tǒng)Xeno?V+聯(lián)合使用時,其封閉能力高于與全酸粘接劑PrimeBond?NT聯(lián)合運用(P0.05)。結論:玻璃離子不適宜作為根管口微滲漏屏障,而SDR流動樹脂和Xeno?V?結合使用時可以作為理想根管口封閉材料。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the sealing ability of SDR flow resin to root canal orifice by dye microleakage. Methods: 54 mandibular single premolars were removed at the boundary of glaze dentin. After cleaning, forming and filling, the 3.5mm cavities were prepared at the root canal orifice. According to the bonding system and filling materials, 54 teeth were randomly divided into 6 groups, 4 experimental groups and 2 control groups. The experimental groups were as follows: (1) XT group: Filtek?Z350 XT mobile resin AdperTMEasy One; (2) SX group: SDR mobile resin Xeno?V; (3) SP group: SDR mobile resin 37% phosphate corrosion agent PrimeBond?NT; (4) GC group: glass ion filling alone, 12 roots in each group. Nail polish blocks tooth tissue other than 1mm at the edge of root canal orifice. The control group was filled with hot gum, the negative control group (group N) was treated with nail polish to seal the gum and all dental tissues outside the edge of the cave, while the positive control group (group P) closed the dental tissue outside the edge of the cave 1mm. All samples were placed in 37 / C incubator for 1 week and stained in 1% methylene blue dye solution after 500 cycles of cold and hot circulation. After drying, the buccal tongue was split along the long axis of the tooth body, and the dye permeability index of the sample was evaluated under the microscope. Results: the microleakage value of SX group was significantly lower than that of other experimental groups (P 0.05), while the sealing ability of root canal orifice of GC group was significantly lower than that of other experimental groups (P group), and there was no significant difference between SDR group and positive control group (P group). When SDR flow resin was filled with different bonding system, SDR flow resin was used in combination with self-corrosion bonding system SDR. Its sealing ability was higher than that of PrimeBond?NT (P 0.05). Conclusion: glass ionomer is not suitable for microleakage barrier at root canal orifice, but SDR flow resin and Xeno?V? are not suitable for microleakage barrier. When combined with each other, it can be used as an ideal sealing material for root canal orifice.
