【摘要】：針對(duì)齲易感人群,提出一種全新的診療體系——健康美學(xué)管理。健康美學(xué)管理旨在恢復(fù)牙體美觀的同時(shí),考慮牙體、牙髓的保存,兼顧健康與美學(xué),并達(dá)到個(gè)性化診療效果。健康美學(xué)管理的策略主要包括5個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:1)齲病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估;2)早期齲探測(cè);3)數(shù)字化微笑設(shè)計(jì);4)微創(chuàng)技術(shù);5)齲病行為管理及醫(yī)患溝通平臺(tái)。本文結(jié)合臨床實(shí)踐,對(duì)健康美學(xué)管理的流程和方案進(jìn)行闡釋。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the population susceptible to caries, a new diagnosis and treatment system, health aesthetic management, is proposed. The purpose of health aesthetic management is to restore the beauty of tooth body, to consider the preservation of tooth body and pulp, to take into account health and aesthetics, and to achieve the effect of individualized diagnosis and treatment. The strategy of health aesthetics management mainly includes five aspects: 1) caries risk assessment; 2) early caries detection; 3) digital smile design; 4) minimally invasive technology; 5) caries behavior management and doctor-patient communication platform. Based on clinical practice, this paper explains the process and scheme of health aesthetic management.
