上頜第二磨牙根管解剖形態(tài)的初步研究

【摘要】:目的:利用透明牙技術(shù)和錐形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)體層掃描技術(shù)對上頜第二磨牙根管解剖形態(tài)進(jìn)行研究,比較CBCT對根管形態(tài)的識別與透明牙有無一致性。方法:對50顆離體牙進(jìn)行CBCT掃描,數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)人用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件,根據(jù)Vertucci根管分型,記錄每顆離體牙每個(gè)牙根的根管分型。用改良根管染色技術(shù)對離體牙進(jìn)行透明牙制作,根據(jù)Vertucci分類,將離體牙按每個(gè)牙根進(jìn)行根管類型統(tǒng)計(jì)。采用SPSS17.0軟件包對所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過對透明牙的觀察,上頜第二磨牙遠(yuǎn)中頰根和腭根根管形態(tài)以I型(1-1)為主,發(fā)現(xiàn)新的根管分型(3-2-2)。近頰根的變異比較復(fù)雜,主要以I型居多(54.4%),Ⅱ型(2-1)、Ⅳ型(2-2)、V型(1-2)和Ⅵ型(2-1-2)均有發(fā)生。近頰第二根管發(fā)生率為41.3%;經(jīng)一致性檢驗(yàn),CBCT與透明牙在根管分型上具有一致性(P0.001)。結(jié)論:上頜第二磨牙根管解剖形態(tài)復(fù)雜,尤其近頰根根管類型多變。CBCT與透明牙對根管的識別具有一致性,其提供的三維影像技術(shù)對臨床工作具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the anatomical morphology of root canal of maxillary second molar by transparent tooth technique and cone beam CT (cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT) scanning technique, and to compare the consistency between the recognition of root canal morphology and transparent teeth by CBCT. According to Vertucci root canal classification, the root canal classification of each isolated tooth was recorded. The transparent teeth of isolated teeth were made by modified root canal staining technique.
