【摘要】：目的:了解東豐縣3~5歲兒童乳牙患齲狀況及相關(guān)影響因素。方法:按照第三次全國(guó)口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查要求,隨機(jī)抽取東豐縣3~5歲兒童947名進(jìn)行患齲狀況調(diào)查,并從中抽取371名兒童家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,應(yīng)用SPSS 12.0軟件包對(duì)影響乳牙齲的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行χ2檢驗(yàn)及Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果:東豐縣3~5歲兒童乳牙患齲率為66.42%,齲均為3.18,充填率為0.365%�；箭x率和齲均在性別間的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。父母對(duì)氟化物防齲的認(rèn)識(shí)(P0.001)、開(kāi)始刷牙年齡(P=0.008)、孩子進(jìn)食甜食零食的頻率(P0.001)及睡前吃喝(P=0.022)對(duì)乳牙齲有顯著影響。結(jié)論:加強(qiáng)東豐縣兒童家長(zhǎng)的口腔健康教育和口腔衛(wèi)生指導(dǎo),控制兒童日間及睡前進(jìn)食甜零食的頻率,是防治乳牙齲的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the caries status and related factors of primary teeth in 3-5-year-old children in Dongfeng County. Methods: according to the requirements of the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey, 947 3-year-old 5-year-old children in Dongfeng County were randomly selected to investigate caries status, and 371 children's parents were surveyed by questionnaire. Using SPSS 12.0 software package, 蠂 2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the related factors of primary dental caries. Results: the dental caries rate, caries and filling rate of deciduous teeth, caries and filling were 66.42%, 3.18 and 0.365%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the incidence of caries and caries between the sexes (P0.05). The parents' understanding of fluoride prevention (P0.001), the age of starting brushing their teeth (P0. 008), the frequency of children eating sweet snacks (P0.001) and eating and drinking before bedtime (P0. 022) had significant effects on the caries of primary teeth. Conclusion: strengthening the oral health education and oral hygiene guidance of children's parents in Dongfeng County and controlling the frequency of sweet snacks eaten by children during the day and before bed are effective ways to prevent and cure deciduous tooth caries.
