三種非貴金屬烤瓷冠對齦溝液內(nèi)毒素的影響

【摘要】:目的:運用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測鎳鉻合金、鈷鉻合金和鈦合金烤瓷冠修復(fù)前、戴臨時冠一周、一個月、三個月、六個月時齦溝液內(nèi)毒素含量,評價三種非貴金屬烤瓷冠對牙周組織的影響。方法:選擇鎳鉻合金、鈷鉻合金和鈦合金烤瓷冠修復(fù)牙體的患者各30例,于修復(fù)前、修復(fù)后一周、修復(fù)后三個月、修復(fù)后六個月時分別提取其齦溝液,檢測其中內(nèi)毒素的含量變化。結(jié)果:1.鎳鉻烤瓷牙組戴臨時牙一周時內(nèi)毒素量有所增高;戴烤瓷牙一個月、三個月、六個月時齦溝液內(nèi)毒素量有所下降并趨于穩(wěn)定,但高于牙體預(yù)備前水平,且戴牙后各時間段內(nèi)毒素含量均高于其余兩組。2.鈷鉻烤瓷組戴臨時牙一周時內(nèi)毒素量有所增高:戴烤瓷牙一個月時齦溝液內(nèi)毒素量有所下降,三個月至六個月時趨于穩(wěn)定,與牙體預(yù)備前無明顯差異。3.鈦合金烤瓷牙組戴臨時牙一周時內(nèi)毒素量有所增高;戴烤瓷牙一個月、三個月、六個月時內(nèi)毒素含量相對穩(wěn)定,與牙體預(yù)備前無明顯差異。結(jié)論:1.鎳鉻合金烤瓷冠對齦溝液內(nèi)毒素的量有一定的影響,但未導(dǎo)致明顯的臨床癥狀,其是否會造成牙周組織的損傷有待進一步研究。2.鈷鉻烤瓷冠對齦溝內(nèi)毒素含量有較小的影響,修復(fù)六個月時與修復(fù)前無顯著性差異,提示該材料對牙周組織的損傷較小。3.鈦合金烤瓷牙對齦溝液內(nèi)毒素含量有細微影響,修復(fù)六個月時與修復(fù)前無顯著性差異,提示該材料對牙周組織的損傷較小。4.臨時冠戴牙一周時,內(nèi)毒素量均有所增高,提示臨時冠的制作材料和方法有待進一步改善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the endotoxin content in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) at one week, one month, three months and six months before restoration of Ni-Cr alloy, Co-Cr alloy and titanium alloy porcelain crowns by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). To evaluate the effect of three kinds of non-precious metal porcelain crowns on periodontal tissue. Methods: the gingival sulcus fluid was extracted from 30 patients with Ni-Cr alloy, Co-Cr alloy and Ti alloy porcelain crown respectively before and one week after restoration, three months after restoration and six months after restoration. The changes of endotoxin content were detected. Results: 1. In Ni-Cr ceramic tooth group, the endotoxin content increased after temporary tooth wearing for one week. The content of endotoxin in gingival crevicular fluid decreased and tended to stabilize at one month, three months and six months after wearing porcelain teeth, but higher than that before tooth preparation, and the endotoxin content in each period after wearing tooth was higher than that in the other two groups. In the cobalt-chromium porcelain group, the endotoxin content increased at one week after temporary tooth wearing: the endotoxin content in gingival crevicular fluid decreased at one month after wearing porcelain tooth, and tended to stabilize from three months to six months, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after tooth preparation. 3. The content of endotoxin in gingival crevicular fluid decreased after one month of wearing porcelain tooth. The amount of endotoxin in titanium alloy porcelain tooth group increased after one week of temporary tooth wearing, and the endotoxin content was relatively stable in one month, three months and six months after wearing porcelain tooth, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after tooth preparation. Conclusion: 1. Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown has certain effect on the endotoxin content of gingival crevicular fluid, but does not cause obvious clinical symptoms, whether it will cause periodontal tissue damage needs to be further studied. 2. Cobalt-chromium porcelain crown had little effect on the content of endotoxin in gingival sulcus, and there was no significant difference between six months after repair and before repair, suggesting that the material had less damage to periodontal tissue. 3. The content of endotoxin in gingival crevicular fluid was slightly affected by titanium alloy porcelain teeth, and there was no significant difference between the two groups at 6 months after repair, suggesting that the material had less damage to periodontal tissue. 4. The amount of endotoxin increased at one week after temporary crown wearing, suggesting that the material and method of making temporary crown should be further improved.
