【摘要】：目的： 觀察個別正常牙合在牙尖交錯位(intercuspal position，ICP)的咬合接觸點數(shù)量，探討其一般分布規(guī)律，為臨床診斷及治療提供一定的參考。 方法： 從大連醫(yī)科大學(xué)青年大學(xué)生以及大連市口腔醫(yī)院青年醫(yī)生中，選擇咬合屬于正常牙合者作為受試者，共80名（男40、女40），平均年齡22歲。應(yīng)用軟質(zhì)高流動度聚醚印模材(ImpregumTMGarantTML DuoSoftTMpolyether impression material)記錄受試者在牙尖交錯位的咬合接觸點。 結(jié)果： 正常牙合牙尖交錯位咬合接觸點數(shù)量平均約77.8個，前牙區(qū)21.2個，后牙區(qū)56.6個；咬合接觸點呈左右對稱分布，上頜第一磨牙咬合接觸點最多，下頜中切牙咬合接觸點最少；前牙區(qū)存在廣泛的咬合接觸；前磨牙咬合接觸類型以尖-邊緣嵴為主要接觸類型；上頜第一磨牙近中舌尖頰斜面處的咬合接觸點出現(xiàn)頻率最高、所占比例最大。 結(jié)論：通過研究個別正常牙合牙尖交錯位的咬合接觸點，發(fā)現(xiàn)咬合接觸點的數(shù)量及其分布規(guī)律具備一定的臨床意義，值得醫(yī)生在臨床工作中參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the number of occlusal contact points of individual normal occlusion in apical malposition (intercuspal position,ICP) and to explore the general distribution of occlusal contact points in order to provide some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: from the young college students of Dalian Medical University and the young doctors of Dalian Stomatological Hospital, 80 subjects (male 40, female 40) were selected as subjects, the average age was 22 years old. The occlusal contact points of the subjects at the apical interposition were recorded using soft high mobility polyether impression material (ImpregumTMGarantTML DuoSoftTMpolyether impression material). Results: the average number of occlusal contact points in the apical malposition of normal occlusion was about 77.8, 21.2 in anterior and 56.6 in posterior. The occlusal contact point of maxillary first molar was the most and the mandibular middle incisor occlusal contact point was the least, and there was extensive occlusal contact in anterior tooth area, the type of anterior molar occlusal contact was cusp-marginal crest as the main contact type, and the occlusal contact point of maxillary first molar was the most, and the mandibular middle incisor was the least. The occlusal contact point of the maxillary first molar near the buccal obliquity of the tongue tip was the highest and the proportion was the largest. Conclusion: by studying the occlusal contact points of individual normal occlusal apical intersections, it is found that the number and distribution of occlusal contact points have certain clinical significance, which is worthy of reference for doctors in clinical work.
