【摘要】：選取49顆伴有附著喪失的牙周炎患牙,隨機(jī)分為2組,在牙周基礎(chǔ)治療后開展正畸治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組(34例)在排齊整平階段配合牙齦環(huán)切術(shù),對照組(15例)不進(jìn)行牙齦環(huán)切,治療前后使用平行投照根尖片來測量牙冠和牙根比例的變化以及釉牙骨質(zhì)界-牙槽嵴頂高度的變化量。經(jīng)過6~9個(gè)月的正畸治療完成排齊整平,患牙覆蓋改善,覆正常,牙弓spee曲線減小,牙齦無紅腫,牙周袋無加深,無明顯探診出血。實(shí)驗(yàn)組患牙平均被壓入(0.73±0.56)mm,冠根比例改善了(13±12)%;對照組患牙平均被壓入(0.23±0.14)mm,冠根比例改善了(4.53±3.14)%。
[Abstract]:Forty-nine periodontitis teeth with loss of attachment were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (34 cases) underwent orthodontic treatment after periodontal basic treatment, and the control group (15 cases) did not undergo gingival circumcision. The experimental group (34 cases) was treated with gingival circumcision at the stage of leveling, while the control group (15 cases) did not undergo gingival circumcision. The ratio of crown to root and the height of alveolar crest as well as the ratio of crown to root and the height of alveolar crest were measured by parallel projection before and after treatment. After 6 months and 9 months of orthodontic treatment, the affected tooth cover was improved and the coverage was normal. The spee curve of the arch was reduced, the gingiva was not swollen, the periodontal pocket was not deepened, and there was no obvious bleeding. The average crown root ratio of (0.73 鹵0.56) mm, was improved by (13 鹵12)% in the experimental group and (4.53 鹵3.14)% in the control group by (0.23 鹵0.14) mm,.
