【摘要】：目的利用皮膚鏡對(duì)唇部炎癥性皮膚病進(jìn)行觀察,以期探求口唇炎癥性病損皮膚鏡特征。方法對(duì)就診我院門診經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查已明確診斷的口唇黏膜病進(jìn)行皮膚鏡圖像采集,并查閱文獻(xiàn),對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)分析探討。結(jié)果唇扁平苔蘚、唇紅斑狼瘡與慢性接觸性唇炎在皮膚鏡下有其個(gè)自特點(diǎn)。唇紅斑狼瘡主要表現(xiàn)血管的改變?yōu)榻破叫信帕械木�狀血管;唇扁平苔蘚主要表現(xiàn)與病理相符合的珍珠色樣呈網(wǎng)狀的Wickham紋,且Wickham紋為其所特有的結(jié)構(gòu);慢性接觸性唇炎表現(xiàn)為紅色背景下的點(diǎn)、線狀血管及鱗屑。結(jié)論皮膚鏡有助于臨床中唇紅斑狼瘡、唇扁平苔蘚及慢性接觸性唇炎的診斷與鑒別。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe inflammatory skin disease of lip by dermatoscope in order to find out the characteristics of dermatoscope of inflammatory lesion of mouth and lip. Methods Dermatoscope images of oral and labial mucosal diseases, which had been diagnosed by laboratory examination, were collected in outpatient department of our hospital, and the data were analyzed and discussed. Results Lichen planus, lupus erythematosus and chronic contact labitis had their own characteristics under dermatoscope. The main manifestations of lip lupus erythematosus were linear vessels in parallel arrangement, and the pearls of Lichen planus showed a reticulate Wickham pattern, and the Wickham pattern was a unique structure of Lichen planus. Chronic contact labitis is characterized by dots, linear blood vessels and scales in the red background. Conclusion Dermatoscope is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of middle lip lupus erythematosus, lichen planus and chronic contact labitis.
