影響正畸用微螺釘種植體成功率的風險因素分析

【摘要】:目的探討并分析影響微螺釘種植體成功率的風險因素。方法選擇固定矯治患者167例,總計植入微螺釘種植體360顆。應用Logistic回歸分析對15個臨床變量(性別、年齡、垂直骨面型、矢狀骨面型、口腔衛(wèi)生、上下頜骨、左右側、區(qū)域、附著齦寬度、品牌、長度、直徑、醫(yī)生、植入和加載方式)進行回歸分析。結果 360顆微螺釘種植體有34顆發(fā)生松脫失敗,成功率90.56%。成功率與患者的年齡、口腔衛(wèi)生、垂直骨面型、植入部位(上下頜骨)、左右側和附著齦寬度有相關性(P0.05),與患者的性別、矢狀骨面型、唇腭側位置、醫(yī)生、植入方式、加載方式、品牌、直徑和長度無相關性。結論為了獲得更高的微螺釘種植體成功率,醫(yī)生應對患者加強口腔衛(wèi)生宣教,并針對不同的風險因素采取相應的措施予以規(guī)避。
[Abstract]:Objective To study and analyze the risk factors that influence the success rate of micro-screw implant. Methods 167 patients with fixed treatment were selected, and 360 micro-screw implants were implanted. Logistic regression analysis was applied to the regression analysis of 15 clinical variables (sex, age, vertical bone surface, sagittal bone, oral hygiene, upper and left, left and right, regions, subgingival width, brand, length, diameter, physician, implant, and loading). Results Thirty-four of the 360 micro-screw implants failed to get loose and the success rate was 90.56%. The success rate was related to the patient's age, oral hygiene, vertical bone surface type, implantation site (upper mandible), left and right side and subgingival width (P0.05), and the patient's sex, sagittal and labial position, doctor, implantation method, loading method, brand, No correlation between diameter and length. Conclusion In order to obtain the higher success rate of micro-screw implant, the doctor should strengthen oral health education and take corresponding measures to avoid the different risk factors.
